How to use it

1. Fill in the top

Write the class name and month at the top.

2. Add your students

One row per student, one column per class date.

3. Mark each class

Mark P (present), A (absent) or L (late).

4. Count at the end of the month

At the end of the month, count the P and L marks in each row: that is the student's attendance. Keep the sheet as your record.

5. Or skip the counting

The Google Sheet version counts this for you, and Alora does it on your phone with no counting at all.
